Hotel Plaza Osaka

My husband and I had a Free day from a scheduled holiday and wanted to attend a Spa to relax. Anna and Quyen came to the rescue and diligently surfed the web until they found the perfect place for us. We’re not literate in Japanese so they book our place at Mouton Spa, plus they gave us directions how to take the train - a few stops away. Well done Quyen and Anna and Thank You both for making our day a perfect and enjoyable one . We recommend Hotel Plaza Osaka any day - a hospitable and friendly staff Warm regards George and Yvonne

Stayed couple of nights at this hotel. I guess this is an old hotel which has been renovated. Even so, the age was quite evident. Rooms were decent size and location was not bad. Bit of a walk to nearest station and be warned its not in city centre. There is an Indian restaurant “ India curry club” serving good food couple of minutes away which was a blessing in disguise for us. Overall I guess value for money.

The hotel staff are really nice and offer lots to do but the hotel needs some work it looks nice but the building age is noticeable the sofas in the lobby are falling apart, elevators look old, but the rooms are more spacious than expected also a bunch of micro-transactions such as the hotel gym pool and spa. Also the wifi cuts on and off at around and after 12am which is really annoying while I’m trying to do work on my laptop. The halls do need ventilation it feels like a sauna walking in them it also smells like cigarettes. In my opinion if the investors put in a little more effort into the hotel it can turn into something amazing. Additionally the bathroom plumbing smells if you don’t close the toilet lid just making it a bit worse
