Excellent hotel in a great, convenient location. Very clean, comfortable beds, great shower, quiet. The breakfast was adequate. There is a great little Vietnamese restaurant across the road & numerous restaurants within 10 minutes walk. I’ve taken off 1 star for the poor WiFi in the rooms, hotel sort it out and for the very glum and inefficient waitress at breakfast. It’s a very good choice for Mexico City.
Stayed in Mexico city (from Australia) for 3 nights at this place it was perfect. Rooms small but it's the same in Europe, modern furnishings throughout I felt like it was best value. The main avenue towards the Angel Statue is relatively safe at 12am we walked and avenues are bustling during the day. In the evening there are working ladies north-east of this location though it feels safe but would not recommend veering further north-east towards the avenue in that direction it felt a bit iffy (in the evening). Plaza Revolution and the walk to it has some small grocery shops and plenty resturants. I was very pleased with this location and the breakfast is well priced if you decide to get more than the complimentary food. Also we paid a little extra and were lucky enough to get our room earlier. Wifi does cut out a bit but it didn't affect our stay as we were always exploring, you can go into the lobby if need be or at breakfast.
I'd like to congratulate the staff for being so polite and respectful to everyone. I stayed here in Pride and they were so nice to everyone. Just a couple of things that need to be said to other guests. The breakfast hour is chaotic but they do their best. The internet signal is frustratingly unreliable. It's a little seedy area, but it's perfect price wise. I hope you also have a good experience as I did.
