Exceptional Dining & Service at Hotel Pod Lipou Resort Our experience at Hotel Pod Lipou Resort was nothing short of outstanding. The meal was a masterpiece—from the marvelous creamy batat soup with sprinkled pistachios to the perfectly juicy steak with broccoli and an amazing gravy sauce. To top it off, the coffee paired with an exceptional vanilla cheesecake was pure perfection. The service was beyond exceptional—the waiter was kind, always smiling, and attentive at just the right moments. The high standard of cleanliness, including the fresh-smelling restrooms, further highlighted the quality of this place. Whether for a romantic date, impressing international guests, or hosting a team-building event, this resort is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!
Nice hotel, nice location. I guess the rooms in the new bit might be ok.. But I was put in the old building across the car park. Awful place... Staff were very nice through the hotel but the room, shower, bed etc were all terrible...
The place is in a nice location but is overpriced with lot of stupid rules. The pool they lie to us is closed than they said is opened but for private events only and we are not allowed to use it. The same for the playground and garden closed for private events. Manager lady even yelling on us when told her we book hotel due area and not just restaurant and room. Definitely she should get assertive training. Also at the end overcharging us provides us weird prices. Also be careful they charge 40 eur for dogs which is a joke. Also you pay for parking but the first night we pay for parking the second not. Also the second night we don't have dogs since they went home with parents and again charge for the dog. A friend of ours does not have a dog at all being charged for 2 nights with a dog. Is the place where they pretend to be a posh hotel but is definitely not it is just an over priced place. Also if u want to provide great service it should come from your heart and not pretend it since in this case your guest doesn't feel welcome.
