The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. The young female receptionist was fantastic unfortunately I forget her name, but went over and above to provide an excellent service. Room all clean, shops nearby. Restaurant on site and also bar food. All round good hotel. Bus stop nearby. Bar staff make the prices up from day to day and the bar staff could be better. That's my only negative.
Wonderful place! Very clean rooms and environment. Good service. First class. We would stay again.
We were with a tour group and must have gotten the last room. The shower was so small you couldn't was your legs or feet without hitting you head. We had to get wet then turn off the water then open the doors to lather up. Then turn the water back on to rinse. It was awful, plus the room was smaller than on a cruise ship. We were extremely disappointed. Had I booked it, we would have asked for a different room or just left. Cosmos Tours booked it and we will inform them of this terrible room we got stuck with. We thought we were being punished by getting such a crappy room. Breakfast was OK, staff seemed a bit stiff, like we were just a bunch of Americans.
