Hotel Port

Excellent hotel close to Prague, perfect for a weekend getaway. The rooms are comfy and large enough, the staff is very attentive and polite, and the facilities are great with an indoor pool and kids room. The indoor pool could be a bit warmer though.

Me and my kids like this place. An indoor pool and outside pool. Sauna and Jacuzzi. Next to the lake with nice view. Not sure I would rate this as a 4-star hotel but it doesn't matter if 3 or 4 stars, it is a nice hotel specially for kids. This time we had a big room with large terrace. The extra beds were not so nice but kids said that they were okay. A minibar in the room with reasonable prices. Safe. Nice breakfast and possible to order different egg dishes and pancakes. Friendly staff. Recommended

The location is great, very nice lake, you can really relax there. The jacuzzi is also nice. However, the service from the hotel was super bad. Rude staff, some waitresses at the restaurant were rolling their eyes for everything. They forgot to bring a spoon for the soup, which is fine, but when kindly asked to bring, they seemed pissed, as if doing us a favour. All of the nice activities from the hotel, which are the big attraction from the place, were closed. No warning there. The water quality was bad, and no one warned us again. There was only one warning written in Czech, but no info on the reception or big sign indicating we should not enter the water. And of course we did, without knowing it. Even activities which did not involve water were closed, so the hotel was not worth the price. Lastly, there were some hidden fees when bringing a dog.
