Great location but paid the price. However, despite ending of season our room was quite tired in appearance and simply took away the high end expectation. Breakfast and staff superb. Parking is actually street parking. Simple changes would make 5*. Roof top area not open until 6pm. Don’t let pics put you off, as still great place to be.

booked the hotel for friends. they could not arrive because of the illness. personally went to the hotel and asked to change the booking for the next weekend, with paying the price difference. the manager lady was unhelpful, did not want to talk to me directly, spoke only with the receptionist. finally told me to write a complaint online, and so far, no reply.

Hotel is over priced!! Rooms are dated and not clean! Got a room that was dirty and molded (black mold). Had to tell them that it's not normal but they looked at me as if they saw water burning. After getting another room which was even more molded and had poop of the previous customers in the toilet we checked out the day after. Not a single excuse or sign of interest from the crew at the reception. They really don't care about hygiene or they just don't understand. This is honestly one of the worst hotels I have been. Especially if you look at the price they ask for such an old dirty place.
