Hotel Portoconte

We are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Room clean, cleaned every day. We had the HB option. Dinner OK, daily 3 dishes to choose from the menu. Tasty but very small portions. As for breakfast it is hard to say because it was a typical Italian breakfast (sweet) which we do not eat and the continental breakfast was limited to bread , scrambled eggs , bacon and from vegetables only tomatoes . The location of the hotel is great. The beach is next to the hotel.

Our family had a wonderful 10-day stay at the Porto Conte Hotel. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful and peaceful location, boasting a lovely and uncrowded beach right on its doorstep. Both the hotel itself and our rooms were maintained to a very high standard. We opted for full board, which meant we had the pleasure of sampling a wide array of amazing dishes over our 10-day stay. Every day, we eagerly anticipated and planned our meals, and each time, the food was simply delicious, served with a smile and a touch of elegance. The staff across the board — from the reception team to the bar staff and the cleaners — were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. A special shout-out and huge thank you to the fantastic animation team! They did an incredible job creating a vibrant and fun atmosphere for both children and adults. A definite plus was the very fast and reliable internet access throughout the entire hotel, which is genuinely a pleasant surprise for Italy! We would absolutely love to return to the Porto Conte Hotel for another stay.

My Review from July 16, 2025 (Stay from July 8, 2025 to July 14, 2025): This hotel is pure comfort for me. During my stay, I find almost nothing to complain about. To give a better overview, I create a table with all the positive and negative points. So read until the end. Positive: The rooms are well-maintained and cleaned properly every day. The hotel is in a very modern condition and offers plenty of leisure activities such as mini golf, ping pong, tennis, volleyball, and table football. There are also paid but great activities like a diving course or a multi-hour boat tour to explore the area. A morning program for young tourists and an evening program for young and old are included in the price. The food is a real treat – simply delicious 😋. I especially like the hotel grounds. There are shaded parking spots for cars and a small forest that provides pleasant shade during hot days. The beach looks perfect – no trash or big stones. The loungers are well-kept, with the ones further back being free of charge. The water is beautifully clear and turquoise. The beach is perfect for small children because it stays shallow, and for swimmers, the bay is ideal. The service is respectful and friendly. The internet connection is stable, and the water pressure in the room is perfect. Negative: Unfortunately, I also notice a few small negative things, which is why I give four stars. Although the food tastes very good, I always struggle as a vegetarian. Almost everything contains meat or fish, so I end up eating noodles as a starter almost every day. For the main course, I usually only find a few potatoes. The food is tasty, but the menu is simply not enough for vegetarians or vegans. At the beach, there are free loungers in the back rows, but the front ones cost money. Since no one really wants to pay for them, it is often hard to get a lounger at all. Conclusion and Summary: Overall, I can recommend this hotel. The variety of activities, the good food, the beautiful beach, and the various programs make for a comfortable and relaxed vacation. Unfortunately, the food selection is not suitable for everyone, and free loungers are limited. In general, though, I think this hotel offers good value for money.
