Hotel Posada Santa Fe

Fantastic hotel option in Guanajuato! Great rooms, and the location is ideal. The one downside would be parking. It's difficult to figure out but there is a valet that helps with it. I can't wait to come back!

The hotel is situated in the heart of the center and I found it really impressive from the inside and the outside. The staff of the hotel was really friendly and fulfilled my requests. Furthermore, I enjoyed breakfast the most because you can order a menu that comes with coffee, a big meal and also a plate of fruit or fruit juice. They offer traditional food but also american, so I had the possibilty to vary. We got a room with a king sized bed, which was comfortable, and even a little balcony . The only disadavantage of the hotel room was that the water of the shower took quite a bit to warm up, but this was a minimal problem. Glad to come back again to Guanajuato and this hotel.

Wish I could give zero stars.... Booked our vacation online... It was supposed to be in Santa Fe New Mexico! When I got to Santa Fe I had no reservation... They tried to help me there but apparently it was too late to cancel the reservation in Mexico... I made a claim and tried to get my money refunded but yeah I guess I'm American and the fact that I've never even been to Mexico was not enough of a reason for a refund. There is no reason why I would have intentionally reserved a room somewhere I was never gonna go. Not even a partial refund was granted!!!!!
