Hotel Posada Vidraru

Absolutely amazing experience in this hotel during our trip through Transfăgărășan. Parking was very easy right in front of the hotel, check in process was fast and smooth and got upgraded to the beautiful room with lake view for free from the check in desk staff. Bed was comfortable with good AC (good in the summer!). Breakfast was good too. I would give more than 5 stars if could. The hotel restaurant serves good variety of foods and it was really good. Definitely will come back here again 👍🏼

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stopped at Hotel Posada just for a quick coffee break, but it turned out to be such a memorable experience! Nestled in the heart of the mountains, the view is absolutely breathtaking – pure serenity all around. The service was excellent, with kind and friendly staff who made us feel truly welcome. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean and smelled amazing, which is always a big plus. Even though we didn’t stay overnight, the atmosphere and hospitality definitely convinced us to come back and rent a room next time. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

Very nice experience, I find the hotel to be very well equipped in terms of facilities. The staff is absolutely amazing, kind and polite. I highly recommend this location. I do believe that the rooms need a little bit of renovation, especially the bathrooms which one can see they bear the weight of time. Otherwise, amazing place.
