My room was renovated so at least it was better than review in goggle from my perspective. I stayed at 2nd floor

Rooms are very small but hospitality is great. You will be greeted with smile and they will go extra mile to help within capacity. restaurant is spacious and with limited variety. Outside seating area is nice .

Came here as a group tour package. I'm sorry to say how terrible our hotel experience was. Following reason: 1) Borderline racist: They made our tour guide specifically outline the rules and etiquette of staying the hotel room. It seems they had previous bad experience with Chinese tourist. That's fine but it was a long list of very basic rules and made us sound unkempt and dirty. 2) No running water: I couldn't use the sink and shower. I had to call reception in th evening and again in the morning to ask them to check the pipes. In fairness, they addressed both occasions in 10 mins. Nonetheless this is the basic and a hotel should always have running water. 3) Poor breakfast selection and stale bread. 4) Very dusty room. I used one of the blankets in the closet and I became very allergic to the dust. I took some antihistamines and it took 2 hours for me to settle. The rooms are not properly cleaned or aired. This should not be a 4 star hotel, rather a 3 star. The hotel is very run down. I would not recommend and strongly advise any group tours to avoid this hotel. It is not built for large groups of people and not hospitable for an international community.
