The people who worked there were really kind and always there to help, the food was always tasty (breakfast and dinner), the rooms looked really good, the view from the window is perfect, the rooms are always clean. The thing that I liked the most was the pool, the size of the pool was perfect, the location of where it is placed is also perfect, the only thing that I didn't like was that the pool's height was really short but I think that was made on purpose since there are kids too in this hotel. I couldn't try the Sauna since I didn't find a good opportunity to go there sadly. That's all.

What an amazing property! Beautiful rooms, lovely food, accommodating staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are a family of two adults, a teen and a tween and we all loved the hotel. We went in the summer, tried horse riding and spa - all great.

The positives: stunning property away from the busy road with beautiful views. The pool is very warm and can be enjoyed year round. The room was spacious and clean and overall this was a great hotel and I would strongly recommended this hotel to others. The food was great with fresh and local ingredients, great variety. Opportunities for improvement: -provide guests with information when checking in, it’d be great to get all information about the hotel, facilities, breakfast and dinner times at the beginning without having to ask. - no irons in the room due to ‘safety’ reasons yet they charge 5€ per item to iron it for you. - no coffee/tea in the room, or kettle to make own coffee -breakfast starts too late at ‘7:30am’ meaning that for early risers who want to hit the trails early and avoid crowds this isn’t possible. -Dinner starts too late at 7pm - this is especially difficult for families with small children. -Dinner service is chaotic, staff disorganized without a natural flow of how to take/give orders. No explanation about the menu or how the timing of dishes will be, every dinner was a 2 hour affair - again, with small children this is extremely difficult. Move dinner time to 6:00-6:30pm so all families with small children can eat early and leave so other guests can enjoy dinner in peace without small children screaming.
