The bed was ultra-comfortable, and the view of the surrounding mountains was breathtaking. I appreciated small details like the high-quality toiletries, complimentary coffee and tea, and the spacious rain shower after a day in the cold. The hotel’s restaurant was a highlight of my stay. I indulged in their Angus steak, which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Breakfast each morning was just as impressive, with a wide variety of fresh options – from local cheeses to fresh fruit and pastries. The central fireplace in the restaurant added a cozy ambiance that made meals feel even more special. After skiing, I headed straight to the hotel’s boutique wellness center. I loved soaking in the outdoor whirlpool while taking in the snowy mountain views. The sauna and massage pool were also fantastic – the perfect way to unwind after an active day. The staff at Hotel Pošta went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. They were knowledgeable about the area, offering great recommendations for hikes and local attractions. Every interaction was friendly and genuine, which made a huge difference in my overall experience. Hotel Pošta in Jasná exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re visiting for skiing or just to enjoy the beauty of the Low Tatras, this hotel is a gem. I would like to write a complaint about our experience with the customer service at Hotel Pošta. Me and my 11 other friends were looking for a spa to regenerate after skiing .Knowing it would be harder for a bigger group , we called ahead and asked if it would be possible for us to come at 5 o clock as a large group of non hotel guests , as we lived in chalets . The lady on the phone said of course , that it will be feasible for us to visit the spa the following evening . The next day we arrived after taking the bus and at the reception they turned us away saying it was not possible . The hotel itself is a nice hotel, but this was unacceptable and we will not be returning . On the contrary, Hotel Grand took us in at the last moment , with amazing customer service and support!
