It is an excellent hotel, before arriving I had many doubts, and I wrote them an email, they have been very quick to answer, everything detailed and well explained, they were very attentive even in email and concerned that everything goes well! We would especially like to thank Vladimir, he answered all our emails and helped us in everything! Thank you very much for everything
Great location and very friendly staff. Room was nice and spacious, we were on the 5th floor so had a good view of the city from the window. Breakfast was a standard buffet, not too bad.
Stayed here for 4 nights , Room was extremely basic with a very old mattress which was uncomfortable , you didn't dare roll over incase you fell out. Telly came on in the middle of the night on its own waking us up, bathroom was small shower was extremely difficult to get in and out of had to leave doors open , shower was all mouldy round the base, outside the room there was a stench of dirty mop smell, breakfast was ok adequate , location was good . Just needs a massive update .
