Since this hotel is rather inexpensive I guess you get what you pay for. The location was okay. There is a bus that stops right outside to get you into the center. The rooms are paper thin. Could hear ever toilet flush, every conversation, every car that drove past. I don’t think I had a proper sleep for the four nights I spent there. I think this hotel is a hub for LARGE tour groups. Coach buses full of people. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
I rarely write negative reviews, but my stay here was genuinely horrible. Upon opening the door to my room at night, a ceiling tile fell on me. I immediately called for assistance, and someone was sent but all they did was put the tile back in place and said someone else would fix it the next morning. No proper resolution, no urgency. To make matters worse, the sliding wardrobe door also fell on me, which was terrifying and completely unacceptable. It’s clear that maintenance is being neglected in this hotel. The room itself was disappointing. The noise levels were unbearable I could hear everything from the room next door, which made sleeping very difficult. The bed sheets looked old and worn, with uncomfortable fibers sticking out. Breakfast? Exactly the same every day. No variety, no quality far from what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The lobby was always overcrowded with large tour groups coming in and out constantly, making it chaotic and cramped. And with only three elevators, prepare for long waits just to get to your room. I genuinely regret staying here. This was far from a relaxing or safe experience. Definitely not recommended.
The hotel had a strong bad smell the whole time. The bathroom was dirty, with hair left from previous guests, and the bed covers didn’t look clean. Overall, it didn’t feel properly cleaned and was very uncomfortable. The only edible thing in the buffet is bread and butter and the plates smelled fishy.
