Hotel Prague Star

This hotel was amazing!! The staff was super welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very clean - they may be a little small for some, but not at all uncomfortable, rather cozy and they have anything you need. A safe, a mirror and functioning bathroom. The breakfast selection was great as well with vegetarian options and generally a good variety of food which was nice. There was also a selection of Czech baked goods. The location was also perfect. The national museum is right around the corner and the Old Town is about 10-15 mins away!! Also the station is the next street over which is practical!! The area is quiet but there is a burlesque club down the street but it doesn’t feel unsafe at night!! Before staying I read another review that said that the hotel is used for some type of ,,activities`` but we didn’t notice anything like that so it was all good. It genuinely didn’t feel uncomfortable or unsafe at all!!! We will definitely come back to this hotel when we visit Prague again!! Thank you to the hotel for the welcome and best regards:))

From my experience, I’m overall quite happy staying in this hotel. The room fits for one person and there is AC which is good for hot spring day. The downside is that there is no window (indicated in the booking) and only one socket. The breakfast is amazing! No bacon but they have grilled pork which is better!! Location is good closed to Muzeum and Mustek station. A little far from the old town like 20 mins walking but very close to shopping area.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Do not come here expecting this. The room doors do not have a stopper, people will slam their doors at night and your door will vibrate loudly each time. The AC does not work, it blows the air at room temperature, so it's just a glorified fan. The "service personnel" was contacted and I met them in my room. They showed me how to use it. By setting it to blow harder, and thus it feeling cooler on my skin, they can claim that the AC is working perfectly. Basically the AC doesn't have cooling liquid and does not cool the air and the service personnel doesn't understand physics. Our room was the higher tier suite. I'd take my money elsewhere.
