Big rooms, good service and excellent location, however, I've found two major flaws: 1. Some the parking lots are exposed and separate from the hotel, which makes the guests go through a separate (and rather inadequate) section of the building. 2. The prices are so high that sometimes a few products cost triple the original price, which is totally unacceptable. Despite these flaws, I'd suggest visiting.
No comment, as staff moved us to a different room. Out of consideration, I am holding comments back. At least the manager was very nice and she offered to move us to a new room.
We were dropped off by a transport in front of the hotel and wanted to ask them to keep our luggage for 10 (!) minutes in order to go to the supermarket right next to it, before ordering an uber. But they told us they won't keep it (not even for 10 minutes), because we didn't and won't spend a night there. Wouldn't expect that, especially not from such a noble hotel, but maybe that was the problem..
