Excellent location. I came with a huge suitcase and found no difficulty managing my way through the U-Bahn. It’s near Nestroyplatz and the hotel is surrounded with minimarket (Spar), good kebab place (Ilkim) and some other shops. 5 mins walk to Prater where you can catch S7 to go to Vienna International Airport. Really appreciate the help of front desk attendant named Isham who provided me with hot water every morning and helped me reheat my food. However the daytime front desk attendant with glasses and blonde hair was a bit rude and answered like a programmed machine. I booked a single room with private toilet and bath and it was worth every penny. I got room 505 which just got renovated a while ago, so it looked fresh. Room is spacious. Overall the place is really great, room is very clean and location is excellent. I highly recommend it.
Really nice and well ran hotel. Receptionists and all the other staff were very smiley and friendly. The continental breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. Room clean and everything worked well. 5 minute walk from train station and 20 minute walk to city centre. Recommended.
It is my first time at this hotel, and I am sure will be the last stay at single standard room, they are very small.
