Hotel Presidency

Overall, our experience was very good. However, the pricing seems slightly on the higher side for corporate customers. On the positive side, everything else was satisfactory—especially the toilets, which were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. One concern I would like to highlight is the withdrawal of the 24-hour stay policy. This change has affected our travel plans, as we usually take the evening train back to our destination. Considering we have been staying at the same hotel consistently for the past 10 years, it would be appreciated if some preference or flexibility could be extended to loyal customers like us.

My overall experience was very good and I truly appreciated the service. However, I had booked a king-size bedroom, but was given a twin-bed room instead. While I am satisfied with my stay, I hope more attention will be given to such details in the future. After all, guests expect to receive what they specifically request. Thank you.

Experienced their Sports bar experience; initial disappointment seeing they serve only wine & beer. However, later browsing through the menu, found a real gem - Woodpecker ; a mind-blowing wheat beer which I believe is exclusive to Kerala. They serve it with complementary peanuts bowl; a welcome relief for someone from Delhi where you have to exclusively ask for such free fun. The vibe is classic Hollywood themes & songs played were upbeat. They have a pool table & a couple of other stuff justifying the concept. Overall, a peaceful drinking experience!!!
