We stayed in a 2 twin bedroom and it was spacious. The rooms were clean, but some wear and tear showing in areas. There was an unpainted patch on the ceiling of our bathroom. The bathroom had a strong sulfur smell. The shower and toilet weren’t too bad, and were clean. The breakfast was a basic breakfast with quite a few options.
We are extremely disappointed with our experience. The attitude of the morning staff was unacceptable — clearly showing discrimination against group guests. The breakfast was poor and lacked variety, and the in-room facilities were incomplete. We strongly urge the hotel to reconsider its standards of customer service. Unfortunately, based on our experience, your establishment fully deserves a 1-star rating from us.
The rooms are very old and poorly maintained. The minibar is empty, there is not even water. I wanted to call the reception but the phone does not work. I do not think I will come again. It is very wrong to give such a neglected room.
