Hotel President Terme

Very nice place for a relax weekend! We had a good time. The spa was very good the ambience too. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the hotel didn't prepare early breakfast. We had to leave the hotel early in the morning. Although we asked for something for breakfast as well as in the evening when we checked out and in the morning when we handed over the key, the receptionists told us that they could not prepare it. And meanwhile when we left the hotel the kitchen was open. Not correct for a hotel of this category.

This is the Italy I like, with a polite, courteous and excellent service (reception, bar, waitresses, they were all really polite and kind) our room could benefit from a refurbished bathroom (a nice, proper shower instead of the bathtub/shower) but overall it was a great experience. The breakfast was excellent, one night we had dinner which was nice enough. They had live music every night we were there. The SPA area is lovely and very relaxing. The massages I had with Elisa were really good. They are pet friendly and have a resident cat (Titty) who likes a fuss and gets proper treatment, which was nice to see. I would be happy to go back again!

Nice spa hotel. Great facilities. Excellent spa treatments. Food is above average. , though we did have one poor dinner.
