I spend one night during a fair, and the room was clean and ok. However, what made my day was the positive attitude of the night receptionist. I had to book a taxi and needed to leave before breakfast, and he couldn't have been nicer. Thanks a lot.
An old hotel but we love our stay because of good location and nice staff, especially the lady from the reception Adriana. She is so nice and helpful, always ready to explain and most of all profeecional. For sure we will return.
for me the hotel deserves 5 stars, alone the nice manager named Marco fulfills all wishes! simply speak up if something doesn't fit and it will be adjusted immediately. Here at Hotel President, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is our top priority. I've been there 3 times now and it's one of my favorite hotels when I travel to Riccione! Mr. Marco works with passion and represents the hotel in the best way. there are no concerns and no questions! extremely cheap! the breakfast is fabulous. the rooms and balconies all in one perfect! thank you to the team and especially to Alicia and Marco!
