Hotel Presidium Palace

A recommended hotel for business travel; it stands out with its very spacious rooms and on-site amenities such as a hair salon and souvenir shop. The only thing that would require improvement is the breakfast, which could benefit from more variety. Bulgarian cuisine offers opportunities to expand the morning menu.

Staying here can hardly be called a pleasure. A room was so dirty and stinky that I have never seen anything dirtier in my life. I went downstairs to the front desk asking for a clean room. Unfortunately, it was impossible to get along with the receptionist because she did not speak English. All I heard in response was that the rooms were old. I asked to speak to the manager or contact him. I was given a phone number, but I could only call the next day, as he is no longer available in the evening hours. The receptionist called the room at 11:20 pm!!! She said something in another language, I told her I didn't understand and she hung up. I do not recommend! This hotel has nothing to do with 4 stars…
