Washrooms need improvements. Room No 201 & 202 flush isn't working properly. Towels don't have fragrance. Cupboards drawers and partitions were broken. Bus/shuttle service for Haram is available but only limited timings, not every hour. Parking us available in the basement.

Bed bugs were obious on the Pillows and Bed Unfortunately I had to cancel the booking. The bugs were also shows to the reception as they offered another room but the kids were scared of what they had seen
