Nice hotel, beautiful rooms, wellness also simpler and two of the three saunas did not work, parking right in front of the hotel can be paid by card, the service is pleasant, the hotel also had an accompanying program in the form of live music and a DJ.
Very comfortable hotel with friendly professional staff. Rooms are spacious and elegant and the location could not be better. One piece of important feedback. Breakfast is served in a very narrow corner and there's only one VERY slow coffee machine which means you have to queue for 15-20 minutes. It's and easy thing to fix - buy an additional coffee machine. Otherwise, perfect!
Dear Hotel, I may return, but I want to bring up an issue that needs to be addressed. On 5/14, the lifeguard on duty was quite unpleasant. Please remind him that the guest is the client—not the other way around. You might consider sending him to Karczma u Walusia for training—they truly understand the meaning of customer service. Also, for a 4-star hotel, the towel policy needs improvement. One towel per guest, with no option to exchange if it gets wet, is not acceptable. That said, we still have great memories of our stay. Housekeeping, front desk, and the wait staff were all exceptionally kind and professional
