Hotel Prime Square

The hotel is clean and the service is very good. Also, the staff here is very friendly, the food is delicious.

Please don't go with food. It's very pathetic service. I had paid the full amount for my order, but the chapati was missing from the box. We did not pay only for the bhaji, and it’s unreasonable to expect me to eat only bhaji without chapati. I requested a refund for the missing item, but your staff refused to return the money despite my multiple follow-ups. This is highly unprofessional and reflects very poorly on Prime Square Veg’s service. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately, either by delivering the missing chapati or processing the refund without further delay.

Avoid ordering food from here. I ordered and paid full amount for 4 people but nobody came in the train. Liar told me not to worry, even if train leaves I will get order as delivery boy is on my train delivering other orders. Then once train left , I called again and now he says nobody was on the seat. Full of unprofessional behaviour. Now have to travel without breakfast. Didn't expect such a pathetic service from a restaurant which is linked with IRCTC. BEWARE. Seems like a scam he did with multiple people.
