Hotel Princesa Parc

This is the second time we’ve been in this hotel , if you are traveling with children and dogs this is your place . Great entertainment area with bowling. Buffet with all sorts of food and everything clean and neat. The ground floor is very spacious and open. There’s a mini club for children over 3 and a small slide outside. Didn’t get to try the spa but looks fun also . 5 min walk away from the cable car to the slopes and just beside the river with nice views . Would recommend without a doubt.

Great hotel, location, staff really helpful. I booked with another traveller (2 rooms) balcony with gondola view and we didn't get allocated even in the same block. The gentleman on reception immediately rearranged our rooms do we were 3 doors away with balconies. Rooms were cleaned and tidied daily and towels changed as required only downside coffee not always replaced neither sanitary bags, tissues only once. Just small things overlooked. A welcome bottle of water which was great. Good entertainment on the piano bar Wednesday's. Overall an amazing second stay. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I wanted to like this hotel and there are aspects I enjoyed. However, some of the staff could be a little more friendly and we never felt truly wanted with our dog. The area too isn't great for keeping your little friend occupied without tiring hikes or car travel. (The cable car was not operating while we were there.) breakfast, lunch and dinner are all buffet affairs and the select is decent, the quality, not so much. However, we felt full each time. The room was quite small but the bathroom was decent. Parking the car is neither cheap or straightforward. It felt a little bit like driving around Sorrento.
