Very reasonable prices, great staff, clean rooms and included breakfast make for great value. My room was small but fine for my short stay. Décor wise, a little worn. Everything was very clean. There were a couple minor irritations, such as the fact that it was a bit cave like with not enough natural light.
A pleasant sitting with a draft beer in the large front garden around the fountain was the last stop of our cycling trip through the Lednice-Valtice area before we set off towards Valtice. It was outa season, so there was hardly anyone here in the early evening. Great!
The experience stopped at the booking stage. I booked a room for a week-end in April and was told that reception is open till 8pm max and that there is no other option to get the keys of the room. Certainly for an arrival on a Friday evening --> maybe they think people are not working on Friday afternoon... Very poor customer consideration.
