Who else keeps the hotel? Raul, the one at the reception, a person who makes you want to stay in this hotel, which is not perfect at all, but he knows how to make it comfortable in his simple and very polite ways... 4 stars precisely because the rooms are not perfect nor would I have given them even three if it hadn't been for the service which was perfect to say the least! Rich breakfast
Unfortunately I didn't feel comfortable...clean yes, but with a "heat pump" that never stopped working all night. It felt like being in the tropics!!! The mattress was absolutely not comfortable, high pillows. Poor breakfast. If I had known before I wouldn't have gone.
Ho prenotato nella mattinata una doppia, specificando che avevamo anche un cagnolino. Ci hanno confermato la prenotazione, ma, arrivati di fronte all' hotel, è uscita la receptionist e ci ha bloccato davanti all'ingresso. Ci ha contestato la presenza del cane, dicendo che avevano moquette su tutti i pavimenti. Ce ne siamo andati e abbiamo prenotato in un' altra struttura. Nessun problema per la scelta di accettare o meno gli animali, ma converrebbe maggiore chiarezza da parte della struttura al momento della prenotazione e un avviso più esplicito sul sito.
