Hotel have a lot of rooms. Furnitures old but not bad these are authentic. Room, bathroom, lobby, breakfast room etc. everywhere is clean. Beds are very comfy. You can park your car in the garden in front of the hotel. There is also a parking lot at the back. The breakfast is a standard Italian breakfast.
Interior is beautiful. But still I felt negative vibes. No energy in the air. We stayed only for night, left the place early morning so can't comment on service part. But I won't suggest it if you have better options at some other locations which have more cheerful surroundings, where you can roam around. There should be some youthful excitement in the air when you are on vacation. It was completely missing in this hotel
Surely the people were not friendly at all. Facilities were minimum and the breakfast was not good. We had to use plastic spoons and forks. It's supposed to be a 4 Star hotel !!! I am surprised at the the response of the owner to one of the reviews. How rude one can be !!! No wonder the staffs are treating us the way they are...
