I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel in Hiroshima. The receptionist was highly competent and I particularly appreciated the small device used for live voice translation – it made communication so easy and smooth. The room was clean, spacious, and came with a balcony. The bedding was excellent, and the overall services both within the hotel and in the surrounding area were fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality stay at a very reasonable price.
The best possible location 2min from a tram and close to everything you should see, very cosy room with nice amenities, nice beds and luggage storage. But what was best was the lady in reception! She is so nice, helping with smile and even gives you a dicsount to the shop near by :) I was touched by the way she took care of us, thank you very much!
They asks zairyu card to foreign residents and take copies, it is illegal to copy residents private information, be careful if you are not tourist there is no obligation for giving your ID to hotel front, it is really creepy the way they exploit residents. They have no right to get your ID if you are resident, if they do so you can report to police immediately.
