Great hotel. For some reason they're obsessed with making sure your room is clean, even when you don't need or want it cleaned. They provide great service overall, and it's a secure, clean, and well-run hotel.
It's a good opción, I like that the parking is inside the hotel. The cleanness is good so it gives confidence, the food is acceptable. Located at 10 to 15 min from downton. Internet service is poor and have many issues, but stable at night. I recommend it only when you visit Puebla for work a couple of days.
