Excellent hotel. You can park with car or motorbike in the garage for free. Rooms are clean and nice. Good food, nice staff. It is a good bit of walk to the beaches and the way is upward. The hotel itself has plenty to offer: gym, pools, bars, events. You can use safe locker in the rooms with number combination so you don't have to carry extra key.

We stayed here for 5 days. It is a fantastic hotel. The pools were a big selling point for us, and did not disappoint. It is staffed by friendly, attentive staff and the food and drink selection is excellent. They went above and beyond to help us when we lost a pair of sunglasses in a taxi. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Life's tough, and a relaxing break was very much needed - all that was my agenda was to eat, drink, and spend my days on a lounger. I chose Hotel Puerto Palace after seeing pictures of their perfectly manicured gardens, and appetising food. I'm glad to say, that it didn't disappoint and offered me everything that I was looking for - I can't wait to return, and may very well be my place of retreat. Rooms are clean, well maintained, and simply decorated. Buffet food options are changed daily with plenty of Mediterranean cuisines on offer. The dining room can get very busy, and I recommend arriving early (especially at breakfast). The mature hotel grounds are beautifully manicured and offer something that many hotels in that area lack; and the design and layout of the pool area offers quiet hidden coves for those wanting to be left alone. My only criticism is the lack of poolside waiter service (there isn't any). Also the speed at which tables are turned over in the dining hall often results in diners waiting with full plates for waiters to clear a particular table rather than them doing it proactively. TIP: If choosing a sea-view room, avoid rooms on the ground floor. Although sold as sea-view, these rooms are actually partial sea-view. If possible, request a room on the 3rd or 4th floor, as the views and sunsets are stunning.
