Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Beautiful views from the bar and breakfast area and a 2 minute walk from the beach. Food is delicious in the restaurant. Rooms are clean and nicely designed in rustic Italian style. We are really enjoying our time here. Baja as an area is very nice albeit quite a small town.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to beautiful beaches. The room is slightly dated, but hopefully renovations will be done soon. One major issue we encountered was the inaccurate location of the hotel car park on Google Maps. It directed us to a neighboring car park instead. Finding the main entrance and the correct car park took us nearly 20 minutes of driving around. We've already reported the issue to Google Maps, and hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Attempted to check in to the hotel, which claims to be a 4 star hotel. Check in is at 2, our room wasn’t ready, there was no parking spot available for us. Even though it is guaranteed that we should have one. And now we have to park far away or pay for parking. Apparently a 4 star hotel does not provide robes, or a bell boy to help with luggage. We had to lug our own suitcases up stairs and hills. They kept claiming this is not a 5 star hotel, we do not provide these services. Imagine, you are in a hotel that caters to a vacation destination and they only allow you switch your beach towel every third day or you will be charged. We have spent over $2500 for 5 nights and the room is not only outdated, there is no upkeep. Unless, you consider the Alexa in the room. Super high tech of them.
