Hotel Punta Imperatore

We spent a perfect week in this hotel. The hotel staff were the most pleasant and helpful people we encountered on our entire holiday. The breakfast offering was excellent, the staff, especially Elena were so pleasant. The room was clean, traditional and had a fantastic view across to the beach. It was great value and there were some very pleasant excursions included in our holiday. All in all 5 star !

In one word: Fantastic! Amazing staff, very helpful and kind. Had a real family business vibe. The amenities were great and the location is basically just 1 minute walk off an amazing beach with nice restaurants. A few noteworthy things which tells me they really care. They put two pillows a hard one and a softer one, so you are always happy! The breakfast has many home made pies/cakes, but one especially called 'Grandmother's pie' was amazing! The lunch they call snacks is great and not expensive. Best Parmigiana Melanzane ever! Maybe grandma at work again... We will be back for sure!

ITS NOT 12 steps to the beach 🏝️ try 182 steps! If you follow my travels around the world, you know I won’t tolerate misrepresentation of the truth ⚖️! I read the reviews of hospitality 🤷‍♂️ The amount of trash around pools everyday and broken glass bottles from bar became excessive. Just below the hotel (around step 77) is an abandoned property which the homeless have taken residence in. The smell is overwhelming when wind blows. Mr manager, take pride and please replace the ripped and torn flags. The Ac doesn’t not have control in room that works, two sleepless nights in a row
