Hotel Punta Maquignaz

Great location, super friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated in alpine style, mine had matching furniture with wooden, tradionally patterns. One point to improve is the shower, I would appreciate a little more pressure and space.

The staff were amazing & extremely hard working. The hotel was spotless & our room thoroughly cleaned each day. Pizza at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the steak restaurant below had amazing Florentine steak and gave us discount for staying at the hotel. The hotel's recommended ski hire were brilliant & gave us discount, they were also the best skis we have ever hired! We were a short walk from the main chair lift & right next to all the bars & restaurants.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I like to enjoy a beer in my room, so I placed a glass inside the dresser for convenience. However, the housekeeping staff kept opening the dresser, despite my request to leave it alone. The first time, I kindly asked them not to touch it. But when it happened again, I reported the issue to the front desk. Instead of addressing my concern, they denied it completely, saying the staff member claimed she never touched anything. I expected basic respect for my personal space, but instead, I was ignored and gaslit. This level of service is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel.
