Hotel Pushkin

The hotel is comfortable, even if it’s far from luxurious. One standout feature is the staff’s ability to speak English—a rarity in many parts of Kazakhstan, and definitely a plus for international travelers. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything you might need, though it felt a bit crammed. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a wide variety of options to start the day well. I also noticed they provide extra amenities like a meeting room and massage services, which could be useful for both business and leisure travelers. The location is another strong point—it’s near the city’s eternal flame memorial and sits in one of the most historic parts of town, surrounded by museums, cafes, and cultural landmarks. Overall, I had a good experience and would gladly stay here again.

All is well in this hotel for such location like Uralsk. The only problem is - temperature in the rooms is too hot in summer, even if you switch to the lowest point. Hotel staff not able to help, the system is old probably.

The staff is friendly and supportive. The rooms are cleaned well every day. No coffee by default in the rooms, tea only. But the paid second cup of coffe on the breakfest... That does not look like customer focused thing. When you are in the business trip, just arrived and need the iron ASAP - be ready not to get it. So, decide yourself.
