To start with, the room was just about ok with TV and geyser not working despite repeated visits by maintenance team. The housekeeping staff was audacious enough to use the same bath towel to wipe the sink which we used to wipe out body. That too right in front of us. On the third night there was a electricity outage from 2300h to 0900h wherein they couldn't bring the generator to function for the whole night. And the worst part was that there was no response at the reception desk throughout the night. Even during the day time, one could hardly get a response from the reception desk. Only decent thing about the hotel was the breakfast spread. However, due to electricity outage we couldn't even get that. The property is not shabby but could have been maintained better.
