What began as a stressful situation — due to a last-minute cancellation by our booking platform (TravelUp) — quickly turned into an incredible experience, thanks to the amazing staff at this hotel. They stepped in immediately and went above and beyond to help us secure a room, showing genuine care and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed. Each detail, from the spacious rooms to the well-maintained common areas, reflected a high standard of hospitality. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. The multiple pool areas provided a perfect mix of relaxation and luxury, ideal for unwinding under the Greek sun. What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, helpful, and sincerely welcoming. A heartfelt thank you to Nikos, the Front Desk Manager – his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help in every situation made a lasting impression. He is a true asset to the hotel and a shining example of outstanding hospitality. This was, without a doubt, a 5-star experience in every way. If I ever return to this city, there is no question – I will stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free, and memorable stay in Greece. This hotel is wonderful. It’s very modern and the staff take pride in the hotel, it’s not like a huge chain of hotels but rather a staple of the town that the staff are proud to work in. The rooms are very clean and well equipped, the pools are well sized and the views are stunning. This is an adult only hotel which is also better for a more relaxing stay. The staff have all be very helpful and welcoming and even the manager was actively out talking to guests to get feedback and see if there was anything he could do, very nice man! The town the hotel is situated in is beautiful and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel also has its own car park directly opposite the entrance which is great for those hiring a car.

Nice location, friendly staff and amazing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is great; the dinner was mainly a set menu, which was a hit or miss. The room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony.
