Hotel Quadrifoglio

I ended up being in this hotel due to an airline cancelling my flight. When I eventually got there, it was absolutely no hassle checking in , gave passport and was handed a key, which after being awake for 23 hours was a blessing. The room I was allocated was clean,tidy and had towels soap and shower gel. The staff were absolutely amazing, the gentleman behind the desk arranged a tranfer back to the airport for me after I couldn't secure a taxi myself the following day. Yes the hotel is remote but is situated in an industrial area for mostly business use by visors to said area. I hope the owner views this and gives the staff the appreciation they deserve.

Definitely off the beaten path, this quiet little hotel with friendly staff worked hard to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Our one complaint is not the fault of the hotel, and that is that taxi's are expensive and take a long time to arrive for pickup. Make sure you give your self an extra hour and a half to wait for a car (if needed).

I can't believe this hotel has four stars... We traveled with a very big group (70+ people), and every single one of the guests was in shock of just how poor the hotel was! The location is horrible, since it is so poorly connected to the city, you might as well book a hotel in the countryside... The pool doesn't belong to the hotel, so it's availability can't be guaranteed by the hotel (we weren't able to go in the middle of summer because the pool owner hasn't opened it for guests). The rooms are not dirty per se, but they are far from squeaky clean. You can see the pictures of the showerhead and the tap in the review. This is unacceptable for a 4* hotel! The AC is non-existent. Instead, you use a TA heater that has the option of fanning the air round the room, which does absolutely nothing to help you cool off in the summer heat. Afterwards, we went to an Airbnb that was half the price of this hotel, yet so much cleaner and more modern, in the middle of Napoli! Half the price! Unbelievable really!
