What a gem in a place I was not expecting at all. Vast parking in the middle of the town and free of charge. The service is excellent and very friendly. Not always a given to have smiles from the staff, here you got them by default. The breakfast is simple still with the right amount of variety, fresh fruit, salmon, cheese, and usual viennoiserie and bread. All very fresh and excellent. And their restaurant is divine. The menu price is quite good for a 3 menu service and very well dressed. The staff there again was excellent. And there you have difficulty to notice that you are actually dining in a old church! Finally we enjoy the spa, cosy and the usual. Some may say that the temperature of the pool is too low (around 28 degree) still good enough to get relax and cool down after a hammam or sauna. Don't hesitate to taste their tropical shower with passion fruit scent. For the sport fan, don't hesitate to take your bike and the 'must' walk just next to the hotel is the fond des vaulx. They call it the little Swiss and don't worry quite flat still so close to the Town center. You go through a tunnel and you enter into a completely different atmosphere. Enjoy
From start to finish, the staff at both the hotel and restaurant were incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming. We stayed in a room with a large, exceptionally comfortable bed. The food was simply delicious, and the wine list offered great selections at very reasonable prices. Breakfast was truly outstanding — a perfect way to start the day. We also visited the spa, though only briefly, as we chose to enjoy the beautiful sunshine outside instead. We’re already looking forward to coming back with great pleasure this winter!
Amazing hotel, perfect location, but the service… people at the reception are looking at you like you don’t deserve to stay in this hotel. The only person who was really professional was the cleaning lady that assisted me when I needed something. Thank you for this experience, I hope next time when I come back I will be feeling better.
