We had a lovely stay at The Queen Mary. Our room was spacious, had a bath and shower and air conditioning. The man on reception (sorry we forgot his name) was also lovely, nothing was too much trouble, very helpful and friendly. The area is very good, close to Metro stations, 5mins walk from Palais Garnier and lots of shopping. Would stay again.
Very nice hotel in a strategic location. Clean and comfortable room, tasty and complete breakfast. Friendly and kind staff, particular thanks to Arnaud for the support at the check in.
Excellent location, minutes to best shopping centres Prientamps and Lafayette, as well as hop-on hop-off touristic buses, what was quite important for us. Very soft mattress and pillows in the room. Outstanding customer service and Mr. Arnout in particular 👌. Many thanks to him for assistance and understanding of the guests. The room size could be bigger, not enough for 2 persons, while fridge, tea kettle and all toiletries were on premises, what was reallly great.
