Hotel Quinta Norte Chipichape

The service was great! As a visiting foreigner, this hotel did everything to make me feel welcome even with the language barrier. Even the housekeepers had a great attitude. The value for the room is great, the bathrooms are kind of small but definitely enough space for one person to get everything done. The rooms were really clean and the breakfast bar was great. P.S. The walls are kind of thin but that wasn't a major problem during my visit.

I visited Hotel Qunita Norte Chipichape Cali and stayed the week of Christmas 2020. The hotel and rooms looks exactly as the photos on their website. New, clean with a contemporary feel. Conveniently located walking distance to, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and Pacific Mall. This was my first visit to Cali Colombia and I had an amazing experience. I must rave about the staff. The customer service was impeccable.They were all so friendly and professional. It all started with their wonderful manager Delsey, she was my point of contact for my reservation. I spoke with her a few months before my trip and I had quite alot of questions since this was my first visit to Cali. Delsy was so nice and patient, she addressed every question and concern I had and reassured me that everything would be ok. When I arrived, I was greeted and helped by their front desk staff, Anderson who provided excellent customer service. I must be honest the entire front desk staff was amazing including Stephanie, Carlos and Carlos. The kitchen staff as well who cooked delicious meals for breakfast. I spoke english and had no problem with the staff understanding. I utilized Google translate and Microsoft translate apps to express what I wanted to say. There is so much more I can write but I will end with when I visit Cali Colombia again, this is where I will stay, Hotel Quinta Norte Chipichape Cali.

"I visited Cali for the first time and stayed in this hotel. It is more like a hostel, very bare-bones. The bed was comfortable, but the room was small and dark. I could have lived with that, but the front desk clerk and a few others kept warning me that I needed to be back in the hotel before 8:00 p.m. because it was a very dangerous area. So, I spent my first night in this small, drab hotel room after flying all the way from the US to see the city. When I asked them if I could change hotels to a place more tourist-friendly, they hesitantly agreed. I moved out after one day. I wanted to enjoy my trip. I didn't want to be afraid to walk outside. When the booking company called them, they refused. They refused to give me the money back for the days that I didn't stay in the hotel. So, if you are traveling alone or care about safety, this is not the hotel you should stay at. There are so many others in nicer areas for the same price.
