Overall, everything was somehow fine. The food was good, fresh and clean. There weren’t a lot of options, but what they had was good enough. I’m satisfied. The rooms were clean, and so was the area. The employees were sooo respectful and helpful! The only bad thing was the noise 😩. I had read some reviews about it before coming, but I didn’t think it would actually bother me. You could hear every conversation from the next room. That was honestly a bad experience. The couple next to me was really loud, and even if I managed to fall asleep, I’d wake up in the middle of the night. You better bring something for the noise, or you’ll end up listening to other people’s fights 🥲. But anyway, overall it was fine,I do recommend it.

Excellent hotel. I was here twice - in 2023 and 2025. Both stays were very pleasant. The food was very good with nice variety. The best part of the hotel is the beautiful architecture.

We stayed here for one week during spring break with our family of six. We chose this place because the hotel looked very beautiful, and indeed it was. The pool is large and well-proportioned, offering a nice place to relax. The atmosphere was very beautiful, though some areas were closed for renovation. However, we were quite disappointed by many aspects of the service system, as follows: 1. It took more than 30 minutes to check in for two rooms (actually 45 minutes). 2. The map directing us to the rooms was confusing. 3. The restaurant was small and couldn’t accommodate the number of guests staying. It was very difficult to find an empty table, and there were no large tables arranged for big families, unlike other hotels we have experienced. 4. The kitchen staff seemed upset for some reason; they didn’t smile or greet us. 5. You cannot get your own drinks from the machine; you must wait for a staff member to take your order at the table. They only come once, so if you want a second or third drink, I recommend ordering them all at once. 6. The biggest problem was the staff clearing plates. It seemed like they were understaffed, causing significant delays. 7. At the outdoor bar, you must wait for a staff member to come to your table to take your order—you cannot order directly at the bar. On the first day, we waited 10 minutes with no one coming. We then stood at the bar counter to order, but when they realized we wanted the drinks brought to the table, they told us to sit and wait at the table again. We politely complied and waited nearly 10 more minutes, only to see a black male waiter take the order from people who arrived after us. Our family’s patience ran out after over half an hour without getting any drinks. After that, we never visited that bar again during our stay! If the service system could be improved, it would be great because your hotel is truly beautiful.
