Staff was polite and courteous, beyond that the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. As indicated in other reviews, the sound insulation between the rooms is poor. You need to have one key inserted in a control box for power in your room, or you will not have power (AC is most important during warmer months). Without this, after a day of activities you will come back to a warm room. Make sure you get two keys so one can always be inserted. However when my room was made up, they pulled the key out to cut off power. The gym they claim to provide has only one working device. Again as indicated in other reviews, the breakfast area is very small and you have to get coffee served to you which makes the process very slow and you can’t leave the small breakfast area with it. Options for food are also very limited.

Unfortunately, my experience at your hotel was quite disappointing, particularly in terms of service and hospitality. Although the outdoor area is very beautiful and inviting, we were asked to leave when we sat down to eat a simple snack that we had brought with us. There were no signs or notices indicating that eating in that area was not allowed, which made the situation feel unnecessarily uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Additionally, the breakfast service had a fixed time from 8:00 to 9:00 AM, and at exactly 9:00, staff began asking guests to leave the dining area. This abrupt approach felt very unfriendly and rigid, especially for guests who are on vacation. On top of that, the hotel is not well located. It is far from the city center and from most tourist attractions, which made getting around much less convenient. Overall, these issues left a negative impression. I would not return to this hotel and do not recommend it to others.

Rooms are small and cramped. Shower leaks so bathroom got flooded and is cramped for me and I am only 72 kg. Wifi is slow and requires repeated log-in (while most hotels have automatic logins). No amenities (kettle, etc.) besides a minibar with expensive drinks. The bathroom had 2 liquid soap pumps for sink and shower and were completely empty which is completely unacceptable! Very limited parking. Elevators are very small and can accommodate only 2-3 people with luggage. Limited breakfast options and low quality. Can’t enjoy outside patio as too many mosquitoes. Definitely not a 4-star hotel but more like a 1 or 2-star hotel. Unbelievable that the hotel’s repeated response to previous negative reviews is hotel GM threatening guests with legal action (refer to pic which is an automated cookie cutter response). Never have I seen service company dare say this to paying customers - WOW !!! The negative reviews are absolutely justified. I have been travelling for more than 30 years and this hotel ranks dead last. Motels and 2-star hotel I stayed night before in Venice is far better. Urgently need attitude and service readjustment starting with GM.
