A very comfortable hotel complex, great value for money. The service is professional, yet friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is superb to walk around the beautiful leafy town of Mendoza. Thank you!
Great location. Staff are sometimes friendly and sometimes not; depending on who you speak with. The breakfast is OK. The rooms and the overall building are in desperate need for upgrade/repair. The hotel is outdated. The bathrooms are old. The room windows are broken, do not open. The elevators doors get stuck on the first floor and will not open. I reminded staff twice about it. By the time I left, they still did not work. Not a 4 star hotel, maybe 3.
A awful experience, would not return. Young man at front desk was arrogant and confrontational, utterly shocking. We would have checked out but our fee was apparently not refundable. How this hotel rated at 4-stars I'll never know. Funky old carpets smelled stale. Sewage smell from vents in bathroom. Room lock scanned was problematic even for housekeeping staff. Free breakfast was anemic and went elsewhare. Elevators seemed dodgy, used stairs. Appears little reinvestment in this property, renovation work sorely needed.
