Hotel Rainha do Brasil is simply amazing! The facilities are fantastic, offering comfort and practicality in every detail. The variety of food is impressive, with flavours that remind you of home-cooked meals, creating a sense of warmth and care. The staff are incredibly attentive and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile. One of the highlights that truly stood out for me were the free guided tours provided by the hotel. The tour guides, Casio, Ellen, and Lucas, are outstanding! Their deep knowledge of the Historical Basilica and the National Sanctuary is extraordinary, making the tours enriching and unforgettable. Especially remarkable is the night tour of the Sanctuary, which is a unique and special experience not to be missed. Another major advantage is the ease of transportation. The hotel offers a bus service that conveniently takes guests to and from the National Sanctuary. The location is also excellent, being close to Cidade dos Romeiros, where you can find shops, easy access to the Caminho do Rosário, and the place where the image of Our Lady of Aparecida was discovered. This place is profoundly spiritual. The atmosphere exudes peace and serenity, making you feel at ease and in harmony. Most importantly, you feel safe, which makes the experience even more special. If you are planning to visit Aparecida, Hotel Rainha do Brasil is undoubtedly the perfect place to stay. I highly recommend it!

Compared to many hotels and businesses in Brazil, the service ethic at Rainha do Brasil Is the characteristic that most impressed me about this hotel. From the time I made my initial reservation 6 months ago, I was pleased that Ian Malta in the reservations office, answered my multiple questions rapidly and without seeming to be bothered by my repeated communications. And I found the same friendly, positive attitudes onsite, from the front desk personnel, to the bellhop, to the wait staff in the dining room. Whoever is responsible for training personnel at this hotel should be commended for a job well done.
