Place is simply awesome, initially interaction with other manager was not quite good but later Jyoti Mam managed a lot. She helped us a lot and solved all of our queries and make us to feel like at home. Room service was awesome. Special thanks to Chef @trident as food was so delicious and light. Rooms, washroom was neat and clean. Balcony was a bonus. Will visit again for Sure. Thanks a lot RAMA Trident. Special thanks to Jyoti mam again.
Very good location, close to market and other amenities. Front desk staff was very helpful and accomdative in our extra requests. Food was tasty and restaurant staff was very polite. Overall very comfortable stay. Highly Recommend.
Stayed for 2 nights with family. Decent rooms. Exceptional staff, always looking forward to welcome customers & their requests. Good food taste. Overall value for money, keep up the good job
