Hotel Rapallo

This was our second to last hotel of our 2 week trip in Italy and it saved our lives! The room was unbelievably clean and comfortable. The AC blasted so nicely which was a necessity given the 95 degree weather and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. It really revived us to finish our trip strong! The staff was always extremely pleasant and we loved the afternoon tea time with snacks. The ONLY complaint was that the shower would go back and forth between ice cold and scalding every 30 seconds no matter the time of day or setting you turned it to. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect and we would highly recommend!

Our first time in Florence and staying here made our experience even better. It wasn’t too far from the city center, our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and beautiful. We had a problem and they were very swift to fixing it. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, the coffee was amazing, we loved everything about this hotel. Very nice place to stay while in Florence. Thank you!

This hotel is charming. It is situated in a convenient neighborhood of Florence. All the staff members where very friendly. The rooms are perfectly sized and clean, the breakfast is great. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I use this channel to express my gratitude to the hotel manager (Lorenzo - I really hope that I remembered the name correctly and if not I apologize) for his availability and for the solutions he provided to our needs (he was our Bernard Thompson from the Pretty Woman movie). Exceptional service. Thank you!
