Pros: The room is spacious and overall quite clean; free parking; friendly stuff; fair price for Milan standard Cons: besides a major road , quite noisy; the curtains are not wide enough to cover the whole windows; toilet ventilation was not working; the room door needs to be closed hard otherwise it doesn’t lock; minor spots close to the bathtub needs better cleaning.
The rooms were spacious and clean and staff were helpful. Unfortunately, the public transport to get to the City centre or Duomo were not close by. It also did not have restaurants close by or supermarkets.
very unfriendly staff. rooms were ready but still she didnt let us check in half an hour earlier. girl at the checkin counter super unfriendly even we had old parents with us
