Hotel Real del Rio

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel — it truly offers great value for the price. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Amazing hotel! Service is very friendly and professional. They truly care about giving you the best experience during your stay at the hotel. I highly recommend the in house restaurant for breakfast as it is buffet style and you can also make special orders.

The hotel is well located and the rooms are clean — it’s suitable for a one-night stay. The bed and pillows are comfortable. However, what I really disliked is that in all rooms, the only window faces the hotel hallway. This makes the rooms very dark, and anyone walking by — guests or staff — can see into your room unless the curtain is closed. But if you close the curtain, you’re left in complete darkness. It feels very uncomfortable. The room also lacks a minibar and any tea or coffee-making facilities, which is not up to 4-star standards. Additionally, there are no personal hygiene items other than the standard shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. The breakfast buffet only includes meat-based dishes. If you don’t eat meat, your only options are rice, beans, and pancakes.
